All you have to do is install this on your Mac and use its instructions to practice poses. It has 3 different practices (with 3 difficulty levels/lengths) and gives you 27 sessions for you to tackle. The visual and audio instructions are quite helpful. The music lets you get more out of each and every Yoga session.

The practices included in this app are based on Gaia Flow Yoga’s methods. During your Yoga session, you are shown various poses to follow. The images are clear enough to show you how to do your poses right.

Overall, Pocket Yoga for Mac is one attractive Yoga training application that puts you in control and lets you practice Yoga at the comfort of your home. It has an easy to use interface and does what it promises really well.
